This course is an introduction to the key soft skills required by the current university students. The soft-skill elements introduced include leadership, team work, communication, critical thinking and problem solving, lifelong learning, moral and professional ethics, as well as spiritual intelligence. Student-centered learning is used as the learning approach. This course will equip students with the soft skills needed following current employment trends.
